Staying at Piazzetta for a family vacation was an interesting experience. The location is convenient, with safe parking, making it ideal for families on the go. We appreciated the spacious hotel design, which is more restaurant and night bar than traditional lodging. The menu was a hit, especially the pizza, albeit we waited longer than expected for it. The staff explained the delay due to a busy night, though we noticed plenty of empty tables. The vibrant atmosphere may appeal to some, yet the loud music until midnight might not suit all families. With a child under 7, we found some activities, but overall, the accommodations felt overpriced considering the emphasis was more on dining and nightlife than a classic hotel experience. A mixed bag, yet worth considering for a short stop.
